If you suffer from arthritis or joint pain related to another cause, then doctors and others may have recommended that you rub CBD pain cream on the area. But what if this does not bring you relief? Maybe you feel a little pain relief, but nothing dramatic — or perhaps you get relief sometimes, but not with every application. Contrary to what you might think, this does not mean CBD is not a good solution for your arthritis. Rather, it means you may need to use your CBD cream a little differently. Here are some changes you can make to use the product more effectively.
Apply the cream after a warm shower.
Take a warm shower, dry off, and then apply the CBD pain cream to your sore joints. After you shower in warm water, your pores are more open, which means your skin will be able to absorb the CBD more effectively. You will notice the effects more quickly and that the effects are stronger. Do make sure your skin is dry before you apply the cream, though. Water and most CBD creams do not mix well.
Spend more time rubbing the cream in.
Don't just sweep the CBD cream over your skin. Really take your time and rub the cream in. Use circular strokes that start off really gentle, and then slowly increase the pressure you apply. This will open your pores further so that the CBD can be absorbed. The rubbing also increases circulation to the skin and muscles surrounding the joint, which will help distribute the CBD through the tissues.
Apply the CBD cream more often.
CBD cream can bring pretty effective joint pain relief, but that relief does not last that long. You may need to reapply the cream as often as every four hours. Just carry a small tub of it with you, and reapply it whenever you start to feel the pain level starting to rise again. If you push yourself to wait 6 or 8 hours, you'll be in a lot of pain by the time you apply CBD again, and then your pain level may linger at a higher point.
If you put the tips above to use, you will enjoy a more profound effect from your CBD pain cream. Make sure you use the cream daily and be generous in your application. CBD can take some time to get used to, but once you're adapted, you're set to go. For more information about CBD pain cream, contact a local seller.Share
